Job summary

Haven is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member in Cleethorpes to warmly welcome guests, assist with questions, and ensure memorable stays at the park. You’ll be part of a friendly team delivering high-quality service at the reception area.

You will need a customer-focused approach and good listening skills while enjoying full training and ongoing support. This is a great entry point with opportunities for progression within Haven.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused roles such as Customer Service Advisor or Reception Team Member is beneficial but training is provided.
• Strong communication and a friendly, professional approach with guests and colleagues.
• Able to stay patient and courteous when handling queries or complaints.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, welcoming welcome at the reception area.
• Listen carefully to questions or concerns and take thoughtful action to personalise service.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth, seamless guest experiences.
• Actively listen to guest and owner feedback and share insights with relevant teams.
