Job summary

Haven is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member to greet guests, assist owners, and ensure a memorable stay at our park. You’ll engage with guests with warmth, listen to needs, and act to resolve issues, contributing to a truly welcoming environment.

The role includes handling guest inquiries, supporting reception operations, and participating in a friendly, inclusive team. Training is provided, with benefits and staff discounts, and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in roles such as Customer Service Advisor, Reception Team Member or similar role is beneficial but not essential; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile at reception and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Listen to questions or concerns and take thoughtful action to personalize service.
• Collaborate with team to deliver smooth guest experiences.
• Share guest insights with relevant teams to improve service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for guests and visitors.
