Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles as a luggage porter or similar.
• Excellent communication and caring attitude towards guests.
• Strong command of English and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with luggage and deliveries.
• Deliver or store luggage and packages promptly and politely.
• Provide helpful information and ensure guest comfort throughout stay.
