Royal Lancaster London is seeking a dedicated Luggage Porter to join our Guest Services team on a permanent basis. The role involves greeting guests, delivering luggage, and maintaining a welcoming lobby environment while providing five-star service.

You will work 40 hours per week on a shift rota, including days and nights, with a focus on ensuring a smooth, memorable experience for guests and colleagues alike in a vibrant central London setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver luggage and assist guests promptly and courteously.
• Keep the lobby and luggage area tidy and well stocked.
• Answer guest queries and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Handle face-to-face enquiries and provide a high level of guest service.
