The Londoner in London is seeking a Luggage Porter to join the Front of House team. You will contribute to 100% guest satisfaction by assisting guests with luggage and working closely with reception to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

• Customer service experience within hospitality environment.
• Local area knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create 100% guest satisfaction by working with the reception team and providing guest services.
• Promote hotel and local services and attractions.
• Assist guests with luggage throughout their stay.
• Respond to guest information inquiries.
• Assist guests in and out of vehicles; deliver messages, mail, packages, flowers to rooms.
• Provide personal attention, take responsibility, and use teamwork in guest service.
• Perform other duties to deliver warm authentic hospitality.
