• Experience at managerial level within a large upscale, high volume restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead and develop people effectively.
• Track record in training initiatives to ensure standard compliance and consistency.
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations at a large upscale brasserie.
• Coach and mentor a team of 60+ associates to drive engagement and retention.
• Identify areas for improvement and motivate the team to elevate the brand experience.
