Job summary

Rosewood London is seeking a Head Waiter to lead a section, mentor staff and deliver warm, genuine service. You will ensure high standards of preparation, knowledge and presentation while maintaining guest relationships and smooth service during busy periods.

You will collaborate with the Outlet Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager, supporting briefings and training to uphold Rosewood's service culture and standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a restaurant section and support colleagues during busy service periods.
• Strong guest service mindset with a focus on attentiveness and accuracy.
• Excellent communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned section and ensure team delivers high standards of service.
• Support waiters and commis waiters and maintain smooth service flow.
• Manage guest relationships and respond to enquiries and complaints with discretion.
• Cover restaurant floor in the absence of management and uphold service standards.
