Job summary

Rosewood London is seeking a Front Desk Manager to join our Rooms Division leadership team. You will lead the Front Desk operation with warmth, confidence and attention to detail, ensuring guest arrivals and departures flow smoothly and embody Relationship Hospitality.

You will work with Front of House and operational teams to deliver memorable experiences, coach and develop a high-performing team, maintain brand standards in a high-volume environment and act as a brand ambassador for Rosewood

Qualifications

• Experience at managerial level within upscale, high-volume front of house.
• Confident leader able to coach and develop a team.
• Attention to detail with a passion for exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across departments.
• Calm, professional and solution‑focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the Front Desk team to deliver a polished guest experience.
• Maintain a strong lobby presence during key operating periods.
• Oversee arrivals, departures, check-ins and check-outs with brand standards.
• Build relationships with guests, including VIPs and high-value guests, for personalised experiences.
• Coordinate guest movements and special requests with Front of House and operations.
• Support quality assurance by addressing guest concerns and ensuring recovery.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance the guest experience and moments of recognition.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Rosewood London and Relationship Hospitality.
