• Setting up and servicing meeting and event spaces to exact specifications and brand standards.
• Operating AV equipment safely and confidently during presentations and events.
• Serving refreshments and meals with confidence, spotting upsell opportunities.
• Keeping spaces organized and equipment stored securely after shifts.
• Complying with Health and Safety, Fire Regulations, Food Safety and Licensing laws.
