Champneys Mottram Hall is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead the team responsible for guest interactions and the overall service standard. You will ensure the highest levels of guest care and act as the go-to manager with strong knowledge of the property.

The role focuses on leading the front desk team, maintaining staffing levels, and developing opportunities to enhance room and spa business, while delivering Champneys’ wellbeing-brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Front of House team to high personal and professional standards.
• Act as go-to Manager with exceptional customer knowledge.
• Maintain staffing levels to ensure retention is high and turnover is low.
• Manage department through short-term objectives to improve performance and profitability of the front desk.
• Establish corporate and guest-facing opportunities within the property, for room and spa business.
