Champneys Mottram Hall is seeking a Spa Supervisor to promote our brand through exceptional service, overseeing daily spa operations and ensuring the highest standards. You will work with Elemis and Clarins accounts, support training, scheduling, and stock control, while delivering premium treatments and maintaining presentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily uniform checks to maintain high standards
• Collaborate with Elemis & Clarins Account Managers to maximise retail opportunities
• Assist Spa Manager with recruitment, interviews, and inductions
• Schedule therapist rotas and oversee task follow-ups
• Ensure spa customer service standards are consistently met
• Oversee stock management for treatments and retail products
• Deliver treatments to required standards and maintain hygiene and presentation
