Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management Ltd is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for our Glasgow hotel. You will lead the front desk team, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage check-ins, reservations, and billing with accuracy.

You’ll coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs and drive a positive, proactive service culture. You’ll mentor staff, handle guest inquiries, and contribute to shift planning in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Front desk or guest services experience with leadership is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive problem solving in busy periods.
• Highly organized and detail oriented, especially with reservations and billing.
• Team oriented with ability to support colleagues and maintain a positive guest-focused environment.
• Capable of making quick, confident decisions to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front desk team with a friendly, proactive approach and ensure guests feel welcome from entry to departure.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and billing with accuracy while maintaining smooth operations.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to front desk staff to uphold high standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests, delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance on room availability and guest needs.
• Assist with shift planning and scheduling to keep the front desk prepared and efficient.
