LGH Hotels Management Limited is seeking an experienced Hotel Reception Supervisor to lead the front office team at Holiday Inn Edinburgh. You will act as a hands-on supervisor, modeling calm professionalism and delivering a warm, seamless guest experience while guiding colleagues to perform at their best.

You will oversee daily reception operations, coordinate with other departments, handle guest inquiries, and contribute to guest satisfaction and smooth check-ins/check-outs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel reception or front office role.
• Strong people-management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the daily operation of the hotel reception, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
• Support, guide and motivate the reception team to stay confident and engaged.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure a seamless guest journey.
