Park Plaza Leeds is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead the hotel's guest-facing operations, setting service standards and ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

You will oversee front office teams, collaborate with hotel leaders, and drive brand standards while maintaining operational efficiency. This role is based at Park Plaza Leeds in the United Kingdom.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as Front of House Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a branded hotel.
• Strong operational knowledge of Front Office systems and procedures.
• Confident people leadership with performance management experience.
• Commercial awareness balancing service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and a calm, professional presence.
