Job summary

Merlin is looking for a Guest Experience Administrator to join our team at Warwick Castle, the UK's most exciting castle. You'll be the first face our guests encounter, managing daily reception operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest service, reception or administrative role is desirable.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Experience working in a fast paced, customer facing environment.
