Responsibilities

• Assist guests with kiosks or the app, showing how to customize and order like a pro.
• Keep things moving: manage crowd flow, reduce wait times, and keep guests informed about their order status.
• Handle complaints calmly and effectively, escalating to a Team Leader or GM when needed.
