Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin Wimbledon is seeking an Assistant Reception Manager to lead the front desk team. You will be the first and last point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their visit and ensuring every stay exceeds expectations.

Experience with Opera CMS is a plus; the role offers a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £31,750 per annum and generous staff perks including discounted rates, dining discounts, apprenticeship programs, and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high standards of guest service.
• Ability to lead a front-of-house team.
• Familiarity with Opera CMS (Opera Cloud preferred).
