Job summary

Haven is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member to welcome guests at the check-in gate and reception, creating a warm, inviting first impression and assisting with their needs.

You’ll listen to questions, resolve concerns with patience, collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless service, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment both outdoors and at check-in areas. Training is provided and career development opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or reception is beneficial but training is provided.
• Strong communication and a friendly, professional manner.
• Able to stay calm when handling guest questions or complaints.

Responsibilities

• Greet each guest with a friendly smile at check-in gate and reception.
• Listen to questions and concerns and take actions to personalise service.
• Collaborate with team to deliver smooth, seamless guest experiences.
• Create a welcoming space and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Support guests and owners to ensure a memorable stay.
