Job summary

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London invites applications for an Admissions Host within the Visitor Experience team. You will greet visitors, provide a friendly, knowledgeable welcome, and guide guests through the tour experience, ensuring they have fun and memorable moments.

Role requires standing for periods, working outdoors in all weather, and weekend shifts across 24–40 hours per week. On-site at our Watford location with options to join pension and medical schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a visitor-focused, customer service or retail environment.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Ability to engage confidently with the general public.
• Knowledge of the Harry Potter film series and Wizarding World.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with and assist visitors to maximise enjoyment of the Studio Tour experience.
• Resolve issues as they arise and escalate when needed; collect visitor feedback.
• Manage cloakrooms, information desks, car parking and phone systems.
• Follow procedures and complete administration and paperwork.
• Familiarise with the Bookings process and Galaxy ticketing system; handle cash and tills at day end.
• Stand for up to 4 hours, perform light lifting, and work outdoors in all weather.
