Manor Hotel Meriden is seeking a Receptionist to join our group of hotels, working across both Manor Hotel and Windmill Village Hotel. You will deliver outstanding hospitality, welcome guests, manage reservations and support guest needs across two sites.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professional presentation, and exceptional guest service to exceed expectations in a high-quality hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel operation or similar high quality environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Smart and professional in appearance with a "can do" attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every guest as first point of contact.
• Check guests into the hotel computer system and allocate the correct accommodation.
• Assist guests with check-out and collect feedback.
• Handle reservations, deposits, confirmations and cancellations.
• Coordinate with departments for VIP arrivals, groups and events.
• Maintain guest profiles and records, and assist with enquiries by phone or in person.
