Job summary

Cotswold Inns & Hotels is seeking a proactive Reception Manager to lead our front desk team, delivering warm hospitality and ensuring smooth check-ins, reservations and guest interactions. You will drive service levels and guest satisfaction across our venues.

You will train new staff, utilise IT systems to manage reservations, and collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. A strong hospitality background is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a front-of-house team in hospitality or hotel settings.
• Strong guest-service focus with a track record of delivering smooth service.
