Premier Inn in Leicester city centre is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You will welcome guests, check them in, serve breakfast or dinner, and assist with guest needs to ensure a smooth stay. This permanent role offers 16 guaranteed hours per week and a competitive pay rate.

No hotel experience is required; friendly, calm, and helpful individuals will be trained to cover reception, restaurant and public areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
