Job summary

Premier Inn in Lewes Town Centre is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in, and serve breakfast or dinner. You’ll help with questions, keep public areas tidy and support the team during busy periods.

No hotel experience is required; friendly, customer-focused individuals who enjoy helping others will be trained on the rest. Shifts include evenings and weekends, with paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
