Job summary

Premier Inn in Leicester City Centre is recruiting Ground Floor Team Members. This permanent role offers 16 hours per week with pay up to £13.06 per hour. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-in, serve meals and support the team to ensure a smooth guest stay.

No two shifts are the same; you may help with breakfast, answer questions and assist guests during busy periods. Prior hotel experience isn’t required and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
