Premier Inn in Leicester City Centre is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, help them check in, and assist with breakfast or dinner service. The role involves answering questions, solving problems, and keeping the public areas and reception spotless.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• If you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it’s busy, we’ll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
