Whitbread PLC in Evesham operates Premier Inn, where a Ground Floor Team Member greets guests, assists check-in and service, and ensures a smooth stay. You could be serving breakfast or dinner, helping guests with questions and resolving issues, while keeping reception and public areas tidy.

The role covers evenings, weekends and busy periods, with a permanent contract and 15 guaranteed hours per week. Training provided and a friendly team environment are emphasized.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
