Job summary

Premier Inn in Abergavenny is looking for a Ground Floor Team Member to greet guests, assist with check-in, and provide friendly service across breakfast and dinner services. You’ll help guests plan their stay, answer questions, and keep common areas tidy to ensure a smooth experience.

The role is permanent with 16 guaranteed hours per week. Full training will be provided and you’ll work as part of a supportive team in a busy hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy.
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
