Job summary

Whitbread is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member at Newport Wales (M4, J24) Premier Inn. The role includes welcoming guests, assisting with check-in, serving meals and providing support to ensure every stay runs smoothly.

Roles include evenings and weekends with a permanent contract and guaranteed 16 hours per week. Training will be provided to cover all hotel front-of-house tasks and guest service.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly and helpful approach; ability to stay calm when busy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
