Job summary

Premier Inn Swansea North is looking for a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in, and provide friendly service across breakfast, dinner, and bar operations. You’ll help guests with questions, keep areas tidy, and support colleagues to ensure a smooth stay.

Shifts include evenings and weekends. This permanent role offers 24 hours per week and pay up to £13.06 per hour, with full training and opportunities to grow within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly and proactive with strong guest focus.
• Able to stay calm when busy and multitskilling across duties.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar service
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and presentable
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
