Qualifications

• Previous hotel reception experience is required or highly preferred.
• Experience in food and beverage services is desirable.
• Experience using PMS and POS systems.

• Deliver seamless check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest support.
• Share local knowledge to enhance each stay.
• Host public spaces, creating a welcoming atmosphere and resolving guest queries.

• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
• Support events, hotel activations, and flexible across departments.
