Job summary

Locke is seeking a Front of House Assistant for its Locke at Broken Wharf on Millennium Bridge. You’ll greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, and provide local recommendations to ensure memorable stays. The role spans reception, guest services and public spaces in a fast-paced, design-forward hotel.

You’ll join a team focused on warm hospitality, collaboration across departments, and delivering standout guest experiences in a contemporary setting.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in guest interaction.
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
• Willingness to learn across multiple operational areas.
• Previous hotel reception experience and familiarity with front-of-house duties.

• Keep our hotel looking its best, maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and safety.
• Support events, hotel activations and work flexibly across departments to meet the needs of the business.
