Job summary

Whitbread’s Swansea North Premier Inn is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member on a permanent contract, 24 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour. You’ll welcome guests, help them check in, serve meals, and keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best while supporting your team across the hotel.

Shifts include evenings and weekends. No hotel experience required—friendly people who stay calm when busy can learn the rest.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; candidates from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants or customer service are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or dinner, including bar service and alcohol
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming
• Support teammates across the hotel when it gets busy
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
