Job summary

The Social Hub in Glasgow is seeking a Front Office Host to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-ins and payments, and share local recommendations. You’ll set a welcoming vibe from the moment guests arrive and turn arrivals into real conversations, making every guest feel at home.

• 1–3 years in hospitality or guest-facing role
• Energetic, welcoming demeanor and home-from-home vibe
• Comfortable switching tasks and using digital tools

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and set a great atmosphere.
• Assist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation.
• Keep the lobby tidy, inviting and buzzing with the right energy.
• Offer local tips and connect guests to events and experiences.
• Make bookings for activities and dining.
• Share guest insights with the team to improve stays.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance.
• Promote outlets and upsell opportunities.
