Job summary

Glasgow Grosvenor Hotel in the heart of Glasgow’s West End is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests. You will provide excellent customer service, manage bookings, and support smooth check-in and check-out.

As part of a warm team, you will coordinate with housekeeping, process payments, and maintain accurate guest records while complying with hotel policies and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Friendly and professional receptionist with excellent guest service.
• Experience in hospitality front desk preferred.
• Knowledge of data protection guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
