Job summary

Whitbread is recruiting for a Ground Floor Team Member at Cannock South Premier Inn. The role involves welcoming guests, helping with check-ins, and assisting during breakfast or dinner service. No two shifts are the same and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• People-facing customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to stay calm and friendly during busy times
• Willingness to learn on the job and adapt to shifting tasks
• No hotel experience required, training provided
