Whitbread's Premier Inn in Manchester (Heaton Park) is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll greet guests, help with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, and keep public areas tidy to ensure a smooth stay.

Shifts include evenings and weekends with 11 guaranteed hours per week, on a permanent contract. Training is provided, and there are benefits from being part of Whitbread, including staff discounts and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly, enjoy helping people and staying calm when busy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner and assist behind the bar.
• Answer questions and resolve guest issues.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and well-presented.
