Whitbread's Ashford North Premier Inn is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member on a 15-hour-per-week contract. You'll greet guests, help with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, and assist with everyday hotel operations to ensure guests have a smooth stay.

This fixed-term role runs until 25 February 2027, includes shift evenings and weekends, and offers benefits such as Whitbread Benefits Card, pension, and staff discounts.

Competenze

• No hotel experience required.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy.
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
