Job summary

Whitbread's Bristol South Premier Inn is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member on a 20-hour-per-week contract. You’ll welcome guests, help with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, and assist with questions to ensure a smooth stay.

Shifts include evenings and weekends. No two days are the same, and training is provided. You don’t need hotel experience—friendly, calm people succeed here, with benefits like staff discounts and a pension.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful attitude when interacting with guests.
• Ability to stay calm and perform under busy periods.
• Willingness to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner and assist behind the bar.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and well-presented.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Make sure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
