Premier Inn is looking for a Ground Floor Team Member in Stockton-on-Tees. You will welcome guests, help with check-in, and assist with breakfast or dinner service. Your role includes collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Shifts include evenings and weekends. Prior hotel experience isn’t required, and friendly, calm individuals who enjoy helping others are encouraged to apply.

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it’s busy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
