Whitbread is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member at Stockton-on-Tees Premier Inn. You’ll welcome guests, check them in, and help with breakfast or dinner service while maintaining a welcoming lobby and bar area.

This fixed-term contract offers 18 hours per week, with shifts including evenings and weekends. No hotel experience is required, and training is provided to help you grow with Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly and calm under busy periods.
• Willing to help guests and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner, including bar service and drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
