Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management Ltd offers a role as a Receptionist at Wotton House, set in the Surrey countryside. You will be the first and last face guests remember, delivering a warm, confident welcome and ensuring stays run smoothly from arrival to departure.

You’ll handle check-ins/outs, assist guests with enquiries and provide local recommendations. Previous hotel reception experience is essential, with the ability to stay calm during busy periods and a flexible shift pattern including

Qualifications

• Previous hotel reception/front office experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills are required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and completing smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Responding to enquiries, requests and guest feedback with confidence and care.
• Handling calls, emails, reservations and payments accurately.
• Sharing knowledge of the hotel, dining experiences and local area.
• Working with other departments to create a seamless guest experience.
• Keeping Reception welcoming, organised and well-presented.
• Bringing the Wonderfully Wotton service standards to every interaction.
