Job summary

TOCA Social Birmingham is seeking a Hospitality Champion to join our energetic team. You will greet guests, take orders, deliver food and drinks, upsell where possible, and help manage the cloakroom and front-of-house operations.

Hours are 10–15 per week with evenings and weekends across the festive period. You’ll work alongside kitchen and bar teams, learn multiple duties, receive training, and have clear progression as we expand.

Responsibilities

• Greet and support guests through their journey to provide a best in class experience.
• Taking guest orders, delivering food and drinks and checking in with guests.
• Conducting box demos and delivering steps of service to TOCA Social standards.
• Handling guest enquiries and bookings in person and via phone and upselling where possible.
• Managing our cloakroom and boot room as needed.
• Walking guests through our F&B offering and making recommendations.
• Having an eye for opportunity to exceed expectations in a positive, surprising and delightful manner.
• Ensuring guest facing areas are clean and presentable at all times; assisting guests with transactions efficiently.
• Providing clear and concise communication to teammates to minimise disruption to guests.
• Ensuring stock is replenished and available to guests.
• Supporting kitchen and bar teams when necessary (e.g., preparing food, making cocktails).
• Following all health & safety and allergy procedures.
• Providing basic tech troubleshooting.
• Being flexible to cover a range of duties as needed.
