Job summary

Rapport Guest Services in Glasgow is seeking a warm, professional Corporate Receptionist to join our on-site team. You will be the welcoming face for clients, guests and colleagues, delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with our high service standards.

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract, 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri) on a shift rota between 8:00 and 18:00. You will handle enquiries in person, on the phone and by email, manage meeting room bookings, and support on-site

Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless and welcoming experience for clients, guests and colleagues.
• Manage reception duties, including handling enquiries in person, by phone and via email.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the building and facilities to provide accurate information and assistance to visitors.
• Coordinate and support the smooth delivery of on-site events and client activities.
• Oversee key administrative tasks such as meeting room and travel bookings, invoice processing, and gift arrangements.
• Provide a welcoming and well-organised induction experience for new starters.
