Job summary

Invictus Group in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist for a temp-to-perm contract. You will be first point of contact for staff and visitors, handling front-of-house operations in a large corporate office and supporting the Service Centre.

The role is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with an hourly pay rate of 17.00 via Umbrella. The ideal candidate will be highly client facing, well presented and exceptionally organised, capable of managing calls, bookings, post, deliveries

Qualifications

• Front of House and customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication across face-to-face, telephone and written channels.
• Well-presented with strong attention to detail and highly organised.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming staff and visitors and acting as host to create relationships with customers.
• Manage staff parking and visitor spaces.
• Arrange lunches, conference room bookings and conference calls dial-in.
• Keep Front of House tidy and monitor visitor washrooms.
• Handle post, parcels and couriers; sign for parcels and register deliveries.
• Maintain up-to-date telephone listings and liaise with Service Centre for calls.
