Andaz London Liverpool Street is a luxury hotel in the heart of East London seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to join the Front Desk team. You will greet guests, handle requests, and coordinate with other departments to deliver personalised service.

Qualifications

• Front-facing hotel experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, attentive and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with requests throughout their stay from arrival to departure.
• Act as a key point of contact for guest enquiries and service recovery needs.
• Review daily arrival reports and relay VIP information to relevant teams.
• Support arrival and departure experiences as Lobby Host/ess when required.
• Coordinate guest preferences and ensure VIP guests are recognised appropriately.
