Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with requests from arrival to departure.
• Act as main point of contact for guest inquiries and service recovery.
• Review daily VIP information and relay to relevant teams.
• Assist with Lobby Host/ess duties during arrivals and departures.
• Coordinate guest preferences and recognise VIP guests appropriately.
• Collaborate with departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure all requests, We Cares, and follow-up actions are completed promptly.
• Support training and development of colleagues.
• Maintain lobby and Front Desk presentation standards.
• Promote upselling opportunities and World of Hyatt enrolments.
