Job summary

Qualifications

• 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
• Ability to deliver warm, personalized welcomes and maintain 5-star service standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, personalized, and professional welcome to all guests, utilizing their names and information provided through the property management system to enhance their experience.
• Uphold and maintain the 5-star standards of the hotel, adhering to AA and LQA standards to ensure a consistent, superior guest experience.
• Operate and navigate various hotel management and booking systems efficiently.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by promoting room upgrades and enrolling guests in the hotel’s exclusive membership programs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of VIP guests, special care guests, and long-stay residents arriving, staying, or departing on any given day.
