Job summary

Whitbread operates Premier Inn locations across the UK. The Ground Floor Team Member in Abergavenny plays a key role in welcoming guests, assisting with check-in, and delivering breakfast or dinner service while maintaining public areas.

Shifts are varied and include evenings and weekends. A friendly, calm approach helps guests have a smooth stay; previous hotel experience is not required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful attitude; able to stay calm when busy.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Capable of assisting guests with check-in and information requests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner, including bar service and alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of reception, restaurant and public areas.
• Support teammates during busy periods and ensure guest satisfaction.
