Job summary

Premier Inn in Tring is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, help with check-in, and ensure a smooth stay. The role covers breakfast service, bar duties, and general guest assistance across the hotel. No hotel experience is required; we provide full training.

• Friendly, enjoy helping people, and able to stay calm in busy periods.
• No hotel experience required; training provided.
• Hours include 12 guaranteed hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy.
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
