Job summary

Andras House Ltd in Belfast is seeking a customer‑facing hotel front desk assistant to enhance guest experience from check‑in to check‑out. You will handle phone inquiries, maintain guest accounts, process payments and help other departments to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Experience in hospitality or guest services is desirable.
• Basic IT skills for front desk operations and billing.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to guests during check‑in and check‑out.
• Respond to calls and assist guests with information and requests.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and handle payments securely.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
• Promote hotel facilities and upsell where appropriate.
